[My Account] Why is my account being limited?

Your account may be restricted due to suspicious activities violating our Terms of Service, such as fake orders, voucher abuse, scams, or similar behavior.  

 

⚠️ Warning: Serious violations like voucher abuse or wallet fraud may result in permanent restrictions.  


If your account is limited, you may receive a notification or encounter errors when logging in or checking out.

⚠️Note 

Account deletion requests may be rejected if your account is limited/suspended.

 

If you have an outstanding SPayLater bill, please note that late payments can result in

  • Your Shopee and SPayLater accounts are being frozen

  • restricted use of Shopee vouchers

  • a record of late payments

 

If you still have a remaining balance from ShopeePay, you can still withdraw your balances through ShopeePay. Please ensure that your account is verified before you withdraw your funds.

 

If you still have pending paid orders, your order will still be delivered to the specified location. Likewise, if you have paid pending orders from banned sellers, you will still receive your orders.

 

For any refunded orders that have not yet been credited back to your account, kindly contact our Customer Service team and prepare the following:

  • Valid photo ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license, UMID, PhilSys)

  • List of Order IDs of pending orders

 

To file for an appeal to reactivate your account, kindly contact Shopee Customer Service.

 

⚠️Note 

Limited accounts could be suspended permanently if the appeal was rejected.
