If you still have a remaining balance from ShopeePay, you can still withdraw your balances through ShopeePay. Please ensure that your account is verified before you withdraw your funds.
If you still have pending paid orders, your order will still be delivered to the specified location. Likewise, if you have paid pending orders from banned sellers, you will still receive your orders.
For any refunded orders that have not yet been credited back to your account, kindly contact our Customer Service team and prepare the following:
Valid photo ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license, UMID, PhilSys)
List of Order IDs of pending orders
